CopiloTrade (the "Site") is a software technology provider. Our product is a chart-analysis and automation tool that runs locally on the user's own computer. It reads charts the user opens, calls third-party AI services the user supplies, and performs automated actions on the user's own terminal according to rules the user configures.

We charge only for the software's functionality and license; this is unrelated to any trading activity or movement of money.

2. What We Do NOT Provide (Important)

No investment advice, trade signals, market predictions or trading guidance of any kind;
No asset management, managed accounts or copy-trading on your behalf;
No account opening, deposits, withdrawals or handling of funds;
We do not recommend, represent, earn rebates from, or refer any broker or trading platform; we have no partnership or affiliation with any broker;
We are not responsible for the legality, safety or licensing of any third party;
We do not guarantee or promise any profit, nor are we liable for any loss.

3. User Autonomy & Responsibility

The user is the sole controller and decision-maker of their own account and funds. Whether to trade, what, how much, with whom, and what risk to take are decided by the user alone, who bears all consequences.

Any analysis, hint or automated action produced by the software is tool output for reference only and is not advice. The user must evaluate and take responsibility for every action.

The user must ensure that using this software and related third-party services complies with the laws of their own country/region, and must stop using it where prohibited. Any liability arising from a user's violation of local law rests with the user.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

The software relies on third-party AI models, which may be wrong or produce incomplete results. Past performance does not indicate future results.

5. Third-Party Services

The software is used together with third-party services the user obtains independently (e.g. a trading terminal, AI relay APIs). These parties have no affiliation or agency relationship with the Site; their services, fees, licensing and risks are their own, and we make no warranty regarding them.

6. License & IP

The software's copyright belongs to the Site and is used within the purchased license. Reverse engineering, cracking, resale, or unauthorized copying/distribution is prohibited.
